Please reply 'NO' to your confirmation text.
Your appointment will be cancelled out of the system.

If you do not cancel your appointment straight away and you fall into the 48 hour cancellation period, your $50 booking fee will be used as a cancellation fee.
That's no problem at all.
As long as you are outside the 48 hour notice period we can reschedule your appointment for you with no charge.
To do this, please email newport@therumoursaretrue.com(newport@therumoursaretrue.com.)
In your email, please include the date and time of the appointment you are rescheduling as well as some potential dates and times that work best for you to move the appointment too.
You should have received an email 7 days prior to your appointment date.
In this email it will outline the services you are booked in for and the name of the stylist you are booked in with.
If you didn't receive this email, please contact us at newport@therumoursaretrue.com (newport@therumoursaretrue.com)so we can look into this for you.

Please note, if you are downgrading your services you must do this outside of the 48 hour cancellation period or cancellation charges may apply.

Please note we will always provide you with a price estimate and not an exact quote. The reason we do this is because we cannot determine how many extra colour grams or what treatments you may require until you are sitting in the chair.
We hope that you've carved out some time in your day to enjoy yourself and relax without time constraints however if you are running on a time frame and need to know what time you will be finished up at the salon please email us at newport@therumoursaretrue.com (newport@therumoursaretrue.com)to find out!

If you could give us an ETA that would be really helpful so we can let your stylist know.
Please note, if you are later then 15 minutes we may not be able to complete your full service depending on what you're booked in for.
In the situation, charges may apply but we will do our best to always accommodate.
