We understand that life happens. Plans change, kids get sick, and unexpected things come up. Our cancellation policy isn’t about punishment — it exists to protect our team, our time, and the sustainability of the business so we can continue delivering a high standard of service for years to come.

 

We don’t enjoy enforcing it, but it is a necessary part of running a professional salon. When appointments are cancelled late or not attended, that time cannot be rebooked and directly impacts our team.

 

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the policy below.

Booking Fees

A $50 booking fee is required to secure every appointment, for every client.

  • Booking fees are non-refundable

  • Booking fees are transferable only if changes are made outside the 48-hour cancellation window

  • Outside 48 hours, booking fees may be:

    • Transferred to another appointment, or

    • Used towards retail purchases​

Within 48 hours, booking fees are not transferable.

48 Hours or Less

Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly downgraded within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the loss of the $50 booking fee.

 

Service downgrades within this window are treated the same as a cancellation, as the allocated time cannot be filled.

 

24 Hours or Less

Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or downgraded within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee, based on the minimum service value booked.

 

This cancellation fee is payable to the salon.

Late Arrivals

We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment so we can deliver the service you were booked for without rushing or compromising quality.

 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify or reduce your service to fit the remaining time available. This decision is made at the discretion of the salon and is based on what can be completed safely and professionally.

Please note:

  • Late arrivals may result in a reduced service outcome

  • You will still be required to pay for the minimum service value you were originally booked for, regardless of services completed

  • Time lost due to late arrival cannot be made up or extended

 

No Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in:

  • Forfeiture of the $50 booking fee

  • A 100% cancellation fee based on the services booked​

This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be made.

 

Outstanding Cancellation Fees

  • We do not store or charge cards on file

  • All cancellation fees are payable directly to the salon

  • Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid in full before a client can rebook or return for future services​

Clients with unpaid cancellation fees will not be able to secure further appointments until the balance is cleared.

 

Final Notes

  • Cancellation fees are calculated based on the services booked, not the services received

  • Booking fees and cancellation fees are not redeemable for services once charged

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking access
