She lives, breathes and LOVES all things hair. Your salon experience is most important to her. She is the blonde queen, loves styling and free hand cutting.

She'll also have you laughing the whole way through your salon appointment.

Loz is a crazy dog lady and is a mum to George, a wild Maltese pug and Lenny, a great dane who thinks he’s a lap dog.

Ingrid has been apart of The Rumours are True team for 10 years. Starting off by renting a chair, then to a Senior Stylist, Receptionist and now the Business Manager. Ingrid is a proud mum to a little diva who is just as sassy as her mother. In her very very limited spare time, she enjoys singing and participating in local community theatre.

Marnie has been with us from the very start of her hairdressing career.​​

She knew she wanted to be a hairdresser since she was a baby.

She is a PERFECTIONIST! 

Down to the very last hair.

She's boy band crazy and loves spending time with her boy murphy the moodle.

She can skull a cruiser in under 10 seconds and loves a Freddo frog.

On the weekends you'll find her one of 2 ways-  hitting the town till the early hours of the morning or sleeping.

Queen of dad jokes. Tends to always get hurt. Loves a bob just as much as her husband. Jessie is a jack of all trades. She enjoys any service with her clients. She loves to go to the gym, walk her dog Ruby, who is like a toddler. 
You can bet she will force her love upon any animal.

Sarah has a strong background in hospitality and customer service. She loves coffee very much and has a Kodak memory! Sarah is behind the client experience and inner workings of the salon administration and stock levels- she loves a spreadsheet.
She loves her dog Harry more than anything in this world. She is a food connoisseur and her dream job would be getting paid to eat good food.

Brooke has been a hairdresser for 13 years. Working on heads of hair around the west until she found our hair family in 2020. Brooke loves blondes and slays a big blonde transformation. She loves to walk her dog and fight with her cat. She is a big snacker and strongly believes platters are lunch. Brooke is a MASSIVE Stevie Nicks fan.

Hannah has always loved the beauty industry. She loves waxing, spray tans, make up, but she loves hairdressing the most!
Hannah loves going to the gym and spending time with family and friends. She loves to bake sweets and is obsessed with dogs. She has a lot of family in England and loves going over to visit.

Cass is a fully qualified hairdresser as of 2022. She is also a qualified special effects make-up artist. She loves cutting and fashion colours. She is a BIG Marvel fan; especially Spider-Man. She loves a good nap and doesn't go a day without saying good morning to her pets.

Jacqueline started with The Rumours are True when we re-opened after the Pandemic. She straight away fit perfectly into our puzzle. Jacqueline grew up in Newport and is currently completing year 11. She LOVES Japanese food, basketball and netball. She can speak French.....kind of.
And wants to be a Speech Pathologist.

Chloe brings a wealth of knowledge to our customer experience with her background as a hairdresser.

Chloe is always planning her next adventure away and finding new ways she can spoil her boujee four-legged son, Kingston.

Peta has come on board as our salon all rounder. Making sure all the things that make The Rumours are True special can happen day to day.

17 is the number of cruises Peta has been on and loves spending time with her family.
